The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable chasing leads, working with a fast paced real estate team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Be available to answer client calls, emails, and text messages during assigned hours
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team realtors for further development and closure
• Collaborate with team realtors and marketing department in a fast paced environment.
• Attend Monthly Network Events.
• Participate in Monthly Open Houses and Brokers Opens.
