When I asked ChatGPT to list me the best realtors in Philadelphia, Joseph Bograd came up as one of them. I read through the Google reviews and thought we'd give him a try. I connected him to my mom who needed to sell her house. I commence Joe's patiences with my elderly mom. While there was some initial confusion at the start with communication dealing with my elderly mom, we ironed out all of the kinks and proceeded on. I want to say that Joe was able to sell my mom's house within 3 weeks with a fair price that we all agreed on. The whole process was seamless. Mr. Bograd's communication skills are amazing. He will respond within minutes and if he is busy he will make sure to call back within the day and never leave his clients hanging. Dealing with Joe was just a part of a wonderful experience. His assistant Marie was very polite, communicative, and personable. She sent me all of the important information we needed via email and responded to questions within a timely manner. We also dealt with Jackie from title, who was also a sweet heart, knowledgable, and informative. Lastly I'd love to shout out Michael who works at the office. He treated my mom and children like gold. He was super friendly and a great person to have a good chat with. Team Bograd is on fire for sure! We were out of state during closing. We opted for a bank check to receive the house proceeds and this was sent by FedEx the next day. I highly recommend giving Joe a call if you want your house sold.

     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.  Tried to get a deal done as buyers on a property he listed.  This guy thinks he's bigger than he is.  Very little contact with my agent and they ended up pulling out of the deal during attorney review with no indication or rationale. I would stay away from this man as a potential client or realtor looking to get a deal done.  He lacks basic communicatoin skills and does not represent his clients in a way that they should expect. Update:  In response to the realtor's comments, below, I am even more confused.  If the sellers received a better offer during the attorney review, why did he not use this information to get more money for his client via a bidding war? Wouldn't you want this from your agent?  My guess is he brought another offer to the table and wanted double commission, which screams unethical. I'd be happy to chat with the agent live to clear the air, but this deal REEKS.

At the time I was not ready to sell my house, but Joe gave me a roundabout number as to the worth of my house and what he thinks he would be able to get me for my house. Just in general conversation I would speak.to people including other realtors about Joe’s thoughts on the market value of my house. And their response was no way he’s just trying to sign you. It’s a pipe dream. Guess what he got me over and above the figure that he originally told me. With that being said, not only he will get you top dollar for your house, but he’s there to hold your hand every step of the way. Anytime I reached out to Joe if he didn’t pick up the phone at that moment, I would get a phone call back within minutes..
